Lidia is an Associate with B&A. She is a member of the labour team, also dealing with commercial and dispute resolution.

She has extensive expertise in labour law combined with litigation and dispute resolution. Her work includes proactive legal advice regarding issues such as hiring, discipline, performance evaluation and termination; discrimination; social security entitlements; internal regulations; workplace reorganizations; transfer of undertakings; collective bargaining; strike action; trade union matters and others.

She also represented public authorities and multinational companies in front of national and international courts, in front of administrative-jurisdictional institutions with regard to public acquisition procedures,  commercial or labour law litigations.

Lidia graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and attended the courses of the Master Program on Labour Law, Work and Industrial Relations and the Master Program on Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions and Contracts Management at the above-mentioned university. She is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association and is fluent in English.

A nature lover, she likes long walks. She is passionate about animals, especially cats and dogs. Her aim is to give animal welfare a legal and ethical base.
