Andreea is a Senior Associate with B&A. She is a member of the restructuring and insolvency team, also dealing with regulatory issues.

Andreea’s expertise focuses on representing the interests of major financial institutions in their capacity as creditors. She also provides advice on corporate and regulatory matters. Andreea is member of the team that provides assistance and representation to some of the biggest financial institutions in Romania, in relation to their consumer litigation portfolios.

She graduated from the Law School of the Bucharest University and is a member of the Bucharest Bar Association. She also holds a master’s degree in judicial career and she is currently attending a PhD programme at the aforementioned university. She is fluent in English and French.

Andreea is passionate about travelling and discovering all about the history and traditions of each country she visits.
