  • Advising one of the leading international wood processing companies on the use and management of lake water located on private property, that accumulated water from a river, for industrial purposes, as well as in connection with the ownership and use rights with regard to water resources in Romania;
  • Advising the largest Russian aluminium company on the legal regime of land on which red sludge deposits are located and measures related to the historical contamination of land;
  • Advising a global consulting and engineering company on various regulatory issues - required licenses, permits, including environmental licenses, special measures in the case of natural protected areas, analysing the environmental requirements related to the construction of the Sibiu - Făgăraș Express Road and Transylvania Motorway projects;
  • Advising one of the most important companies on the Romanian consumer goods market on the regulatory framework regarding waste and specific issues related to waste management and recycling requirements under Romanian law;
  • Advising a consortium of investors on general environmental issues related to the development of several wind projects in the Tulcea county, with an aggregate power of 700 MW;
  • Advising a leading Portuguese energy company on environmental regulatory issues related to the construction and operation of a 42 MW wind project in order to prepare bank financing for the project and related to an emission reduction purchase agreement under the Kyoto Protocol for the ERUs generated by the Babadag wind farm.
